Annual SSH Dinner Had Good Crowd
80 members of Silent Senior Hoosiers and friends attended the 18th Annual Christmas Dinner at The Atrium on E. Thompson Road, Indianapolis  today (Thurs.). President Larry Baker welcomed us with a prayer led by Ruth Ann Glessner. The luncheon buffet included Tuscan Chicken, Roast Beef in Burgundy Wine Sauce, Traditional Salad, Green Beans Almondine, Bourbon Baby Carrots, Sherbet Cup and beverages. Boy, those were delicious. There were $270 cash and 80 gift cards for Target store, gas stations and restaurants that were given away to winners The monies were donated by InTRAC Relay and  Sorenson Video Relay Services. PAH VRS donated apples, oranges and desserts.
The SSH Officers for 2008 and 2009 are Pres. Larry Baker, VP Paul Hocker, Sec’y Leona Norrod, Treas. James Barger and Ass’t Treas. BJ Lewis. The trustees are Darren Wakefield, Ted Myhre and William Louden. They wished us a Very merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! We had a grand time.
