Nassau police are trying to find a missing man they said has Down syndrome, is deaf and unable to speak.
The 22-year-old man, Mohammad Saleem, whose arms are tattooed with his former address and telephone number, went missing Thursday night just after 9:30 p.m., police said in a news release.
He's 5-foot-4 and 145 pounds with a dark complexion. He was last seen wearing a brown and green...
