Hello!  My name is Rick Russell and I am a student of the Executive Fire Officer Program at the National Fire Academy, Emmitsburg, Maryland.  My applied research project deals with the fact that the Noblesville Fire Department does not have fire prevention criteria to base its Deaf and hearing impaired program. 

The purpose for my questionnaire is to gather data so that we can develop effective fire prevention criteria for the Deaf and hearing impaired.  Anyone can respond to this questionnaire – not only Noblesville residents.  The information will benefit many communities in Indiana and possibly across the nation since this program in Maryland trains fire department administrators from many states.
