POSITION:  CSDVRS Sales Representative

Report to:  Regional Sales Manager

Starting Date:  Oct 8, 2008              

Enterprise: CSDVRS     Location: Indiana

Position Description:

Sales Representative for CSDVRS, LLC ("CSDVRS"). The Sales Representative will be responsible for introducing CSDVRS to new customers.  Excellent prospecting skills, a strong work ethic, disciplined time management skills, and solid closing skills are all requirements of this position.  Be a part of the NEW FUN and ENERGETIC CSDVRS Team!

Essential Functions:

1.              Primary POC for VRS users in  Indiana       

2.              Prospect assigned region for new customers to be converted to CSDVRS.

3.              Selling Z products to customers

4.              Suggesting and implementing creative and practical methods for selling CSDVRS, strengthening client                        relationships, and increasing visibility.

5.              Coordinating aspects of CSDVRS marketing efforts.

6.              Managing and Train Outreach Specialists

7.              Working in planning and implementing state events and promotions.

8.              Coordinating referrals of installations of CSDVRS equipment in homes, agencies, and/or businesses                           through our installation program.

9.              Communicating with and submit regular activity reports to the regional sales manager  

10.          Performing additional sales related responsibilities as assigned or requested.

Qualifications:

1.            Bachelor's Degree in related field strongly preferred. 

2.            Strong knowledge of Telecommunications Relay Service Industry.

3.            Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully with a variety of people.

4.            Ability to communicate fluently in American Sign Language.

5.            Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

6.            Extensive customer service experience required.

7.            Adequate computer literacy and technical abilities strongly preferred.

8.            Willing to work a variety of hours and to travel frequently.

9.            Familiarity with all MS Office applications.

10.        Knowledge of Video applications preferred.

11.        1 year of sales experience preferred.
