From the Federal Communications Commission .........

Today the Commission put on its website a Consumer Advisory summarizing the ten-digit numbering and emergency call requirements for Video Relay Service (VRS) and IP Relay, forms of telecommunications relay service (TRS), adopted by the Commission in the June 24, 2008, numbering order (FCC 08-151).
